Privacy policy

When you sign in, the app sends a device name and its own version, and receives your feature list. It checks that licence roughly once a day while online.

If you choose to send diagnostics, the app shows you the exact text first and then sends the app version, Power BI version, Windows version and that log.

It never sends report names, file names, page names, report data, screenshots or a record of what you click inside Power BI.

Your email address, a hashed password (handled by the platform's authentication service), your plan, subscription status, and the PCs activated on your licence.

Messages you send through the contact form, and any diagnostics you explicitly submit.

Payment details are handled by the payment provider. Card numbers never reach BI Compass.

The site keeps a signed-in session so you do not have to log in on every visit. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

Authentication, database and file hosting run on the Base44 platform. Payments and invoices are handled by the payment provider configured for this app.

You can remove activated PCs, turn settings sync off, export nothing about your reports because none is held, and delete your account from the portal.

Deleting your account revokes every activated PC and cancels an active subscription at the end of the paid period.

Account and licence records are kept while the account exists. Support messages are kept while they are needed to resolve the request.
